Meet Carmen, the heart and soul behind our brand. At 38, Carmen is not only a devoted wife and mom to three kids and three stepkids but also an inspiring advocate for women’s health. Living in sunny Texas with her family, including their beloved dog Copper, energetic dog Roo, and mischievous cat Doom, Carmen has turned her personal journey into a mission to help others.

Carmen’s journey with endometriosis has been challenging, but she’s found strength and solace in staying active. Exercise has become her powerful ally in managing her condition, and it’s this experience that sparked the idea for Herzaa. She wanted to create a space where women can find quality workout gear without breaking the bank—because everyone deserves to feel great and stay active, no matter their budget.
